Microdialysis and Ultrafiltration
Use the Raturn platform to create continuous connections from pump to probe to collector for microdialysis and ultrafiltration experiments. Avoid tangled lines, leaky swivels, and time consuming cleanup. Pair the dialysate/ultrafiltrate collection with blood collection on the BASi Culex ® to achieve a complete picture of both systemic and target concentrations. For microdialysis experiments, add in the Empis automated dosing system to automatically refill and perfuse your probe and to collect behavior simultaneously. Our automated, refrigerated fraction collector keeps your samples at 4°C until you are ready to collect them.
