Blood Sampling in Mice

Sample from the carotid artery or jugular vein. To minimize blood loss, mice are sampled with a No Blood Waste method. Samples can be taken as close as 3 minutes apart with volumes as small as 5µL. These small volumes permit bioavailability studies in individual mice. Run your method anytime of the day or night and use the program to simultaneously collect behavior. |
