The Senior Scientist develops, documents, and validates bioanalytical methods. The successful candidate will be able to interpret data, troubleshoot methods, navigate current FDA expectations and provide guidance to clients. The ability to use multiple software packages and instrumentation, manage projects and communicate effectively is expected.
The employee performs pharmacokinetic and ADME-related studies in rats and mice, conducts aseptic, vascular implant surgery in rats, sets up, trouble-shoots and utilizes the Culex Automated Blood Sampling System to collect samples for assays. Other ADME-related studies are conducted by this employee, as well as developing, validating, and testing of updated, blood sampling equipment and accessories. This employee is responsible for general housekeeping and assisting other departmental personnel as necessary.
The Product Manager is responsible for the development, promotion and support of BASi’s Neuroscience Products and Services, including microdialysis and OFM. Focused on three primary directives:
1) Develop, test and introduce innovative products and services for neuroscience sampling.
2) Pursue partnerships, collaborations and acquisitions of technologies compatible with BASi Neuroscience offerings
3) Manage product issues, reported problems, and technical questions; work with colleagues and customers to resolve these issues

The Scientific Data Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the scientific integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data for submission to the FDA, in accordance with applicable regulations and BASi procedures. This will involve reviewing studies submitted by laboratory staff in order to provide BASi clients with quality data in a timely manner.
This position is responsible for assembling finished products using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specifications and BASi policies.
