Mediated screen-printed electrodes featuring a carbon working electrode infused with Cobalt (II) Phthalocyanine. This mediator makes the electrodes suitable for using with oxidase enzymes where hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is generated and detected at low potentials. ThMXick-film sensors fabricated on a flexible and high-resist PET substrate with a classical three-electrodes approach. This technology enables the detection of numerous analytes in conjunction with specific oxidase type enzymes.
