EC Epsilon Methods Software Upgrade

This upgrade consists of a file for upgrading the allowed techniques. The method Sequential Techniques allows one to string together up to 6 techniques and repeats the cycle up to 999 times. A trigger out can be inserted into the cycle. Future methods to be added are Standard Addition and Calibration Curve.
