What Product End of Life Means to You
Product Owners: BASi provides repair services to all current instruments including assessment, rebuild and sometime replacement of components.
On Site Service and Maintenance Customers: For customers that are covered under an OSSM plan, a custom notification will be sent that outlines any affected instruments. If the notification has not been received, or additional copies are needed, please contact us with your request.

BASi reserves the right to change this end of Life Policy and to reduce or amend maintenance offerings available for renewal under this policy at any time, with or without prior notice. BASi reserves the right to charge an additional fee for continued support of products after the end of life dates and is under no obligation to provide support after end of life.
