Non-GLP Research Services

BASi uses its own Culex^® Automated In Vivo Sampling System to carry out a variety of non-GLP research functions. Among services offered are:

• Neurosciences, including in vivo brain microdialysis; brain tissue concentrations; and motor behavior studies
• PK, including a complete IV or PO curve in a single mouse
• Metabolism studies, including urine, feces, blood and bile from the same animal
• Other studies, including urinary frequency and core body temperature

GLP Toxicology Services

BASi provides clients with fast, reliable, preclinical in-life and pathological data in compliance with federal guidelines. Clinical pathology, clinical chemistries, analytical method development and validation, PK/TK data analysis and histopathology laboratories offer in-house assessment of biological samples and test articles.
