Studies of metabolism, neurotransmitter release, drug delivery, and pharmacokinetics are more informative when conducted in awake and freely moving animals. Freedom of movement allows the subject to engage in normal activities such as eating, sleeping, grooming, and burrowing, and helps to create a low stress environment. In addition, our Raturn® systems can help you to capture behavioral information during the course of the study.
