Brad Gien“Comparison of Dried Blood Spot vs. Plasma Sampling Utilizing the Culex-L Automated Blood Collection System for Canine Pharmacokinetic Studies
Culex-L®ABC has been successfully used to perform automated whole blood sample collection in a dog pharmacokinetic study. Exposure profiles were indistinguishable when measured in plasma and manually-spotted DBS, indicating good agreement for PK parameters for DBS collection compared to traditional plasma sampling.
