BASi In Vivo Newsletter - July 2009
NEW POSTER PRESENTATION
At last week's AAPS National Biotechnology Conference in Seattle, BASi presented a poster titled "Measuring Induction
of Carbamazepine Metabolism in Pigs Using Automated Blood Sampling." This research was performed on our large-animal
Automated In Vivo Sampling system, the Culex®-L. For more information about the Culex-L system, you can check
out the website.

To receive a copy of the poster or to obtain a video of the Culex-L system in action, send your request to invivo@basinc.com.

CULEX SERVICE & MAINTENANCE PLAN
You may already know that the Culex Service and Maintenance Plan is the best way to keep your equipment in good working order.
You may not know that the plan has plenty of other benefits including:
- Immediate and no-cost shipping of replacement parts and equipment
- An annual visit to inspect, clean, recalibrate and repair worn parts
- Installation of any applicable upgrades that occur while enrolled in the maintenance program
- No individual purchase orders are necessary for repairs. If you have a problem with your equipment, you don't have to
have a problem with your purchasing department. Repairs will be performed in an expedient manner and will get you back on
line much more quickly.
