We also have supported the development of medical devices, including the glucose meters sold at Wal-Mart, K-Mart and virtually every pharmacy. BASi products are used to investigate Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Diseases, and to understand how potential new drug substances interact with body tissue. Our services evaluate drug safety and support human clinical trials for many thousands of patients every year.
